Some Magnetic Armor Recipe Updates

The only change in the magnetic armor recipes for the visible pieces is the number of magnetized patch plates (eqtcid 16241) - the smithy hammer, single bolt, broken piece, and number copper sheets remained the same. The new number of required patch plates is:

Magnetic Boots (eqtcid 16297) - 2 patch plates
Magnetic Bracer (eqtcid 16250) - 1 patch plate
Magnetic breastplate (eqtcid 16256) - 4 patch plates
Magnetic Gauntlets (eqtcid 16257) - 2 patch plates
Magnetic Helm (eqtcid 16254) - 3 patch plates
Magnetic Leggings (eqtcid 16255) - 4 patch plates
Magnetic Vambraces (eqtcid 16259) - 2 patch plates

All numbers of patch plates taken from the (live) tradeskill UI - none tested. The existing database names for the pieces are correct

Also, noticed the recipe for the breakdown of the with-stats magnetic pauldron wasn't on the site:

TSUI name: Magnetic Pauldron (Reclaim)
Recipe: Smithy Hammer + Magnetic Pauldron
In container: Forge (have tested: regular (bazaar), Tanaan)
Yields: 3 magnetic metal brick
On Success Also returns: Smithy hammer
