I will confirm, Frundle gives you the Velium Purifier when you say "what velium vapors"

On the quest page for Shawl #4: Fur-lined Coldain Prayer Shawl, the line "[Receive: Velium Purifier]" should be moved up a notch, to right after "Please keep the recipe a secret."
