I'm not sure if you'll intend to list all the various containers that are can be used for fletching combines, but the I have made both Serrated Arrowhead and Class 1 Steel Serrated Tip Arrow (large Groove) in a Surefall Fletching Kit.
Also, as a side note, I don't know if this is by design or not, but I had to 'learn' the recipe again for the surefall kit after having already learned it in a planar fletching kit. I don't know if all the cultural combiners are like that, this was the first time I'd noticed it.
