According to Lucy, only Attuneable, as should be. Would be some odd flagging otherwise....

The No Drop tag is present for someone inspecting their own item that they have attuned. Presumably that's what this is/was.

Correct, within about 5 minutes of doing the combine, I used the aug which made it NO DROP. Originally it was droppable.
