It is a no trival combine.

Also the wisp are triggered by zoning into the different zones where they are located while having the noggin in ur inventory. They run at post FULLY max modified bard speed for around 5mins around the zone before despawning. When I did it they were untrackable but I heard they were now trackable from very close range. Retrigger time after one despawns is 1 hour.
