I need confirmation of this variation on the flesh rot recipe, please. The site lists the version with a "girplan eye", and if "cracked girplan eye" also works, we need to add a second recipe for this poison - including full recipe, trivial, etc.

There is no "Girplan Eye" on either Lucy or Magelo, for what it's worth. Perhaps the original poster got the name wrong...
