Dropped from a dragorn peon in DraniksHollowb (instanced zone)
seems to be a very rare drop.

Bloodroot is a very rare drop on all the Dranik Hollows Expeditions loot table. As are Black Bees. I've received Bloodroot drops of the Murkgliders in the "The Murkglider Hive" instance at the 61 Lvl (Mob Level) and the dragorn at the 66 Lvl.
