This is used in the final stages of cleric epic 1.5

brewed

bazu plasma + murkglider plasma + pyrilen plasma

I did this in the PoK brewbarrel and was trivial at 250+5%

second hand information says that this is a skill restricted combine 2 < x <= 122

right click information to follow

pyrilen plasma drops off the Dragorn Assassin in WoS
the other two plasmas drop in WoS as well, do not have specific mobs

Note that none of the ingredients or the end product was nodrop, so this might be a high-profit niche market for brewers that hang out a lot in WoS
