Radiant Stones

I was at the zone in with my level 37 chanter who is 250 GM'd jeweler. I do not have the stats of what mobs etc drop the stones as I was not hunting. I was improving the stones for people though. All of the radiant stones triv at 351, I have not yet done any of the citrine or other gems, just the stones. Hope this is helpful.

No, you lose the stone on failure. You do get your gem cutter back.
