I'll just continue to this thread since it involves arrows, and a bit Girplan Feathers.

I made Girplan Feathers + Dragorn Wing Bone + Silver Arrowhead + Small Groove Nock

Result was: 9 damage, 125 range, "Class 7 Dragorn Silver Tip Arrow"s, stack of 10, trivial 255. 0.1 Weight, WAR PAL SHD RNG ROG usable.
