Engraved Royal Velium

When the database was first created, I reported that all engraved royal velium combines were no fail (based on the experience of hundreds of combines). The following note was added to the items in the database:

There is a report that this Engraving Recipe is -NO FAIL.........

Since this, I have made approximately 540 more engraved royal velium pieces and none have failed. (510 or so were fieldplate or greeves).

Sorry, I have no information on whether you can get skillups on this combine.

Since, I assume, that you would have removed the note if anyone had reported a failure, I must assume that the sampleing is well into the thousands now.

This IS nofail. (or at least it was 3 months ago when I stopped making them).

This is one that we need to consider... we have had reports in the past about exact trivials and with lower bounds... so I expect one can skill up on these... as for "no-fail"... hmmm... I would have to agree... will toss it to Niami/Ngreth for a final ok on note change.
