I tried to report this in game as a bug and I don't know if my report went through, but I also wanted to let everyone else know:

Imbued Jade
Kite Shield Mold
Medium Quality Folded Sheet Metal
Smithy Hammer

It is a valid recipe, as I just made this item. It is identical to the recipe with Imbued Ivory that you have, but the bug is that this recipe creates the Tribunal deity Kite Shield, not the Rallos Zek deity with Imbued Jade.

Technically this is a new recipe since this one uses Imbued Jade instead of Ivory, and that is the bug. It should have Rallos Zek as deity, and appropriate stats for him. I had this recipe on my old spreadsheets (without RZ stats) and thought I would give it a try, much to my surprise I found a bug, hehe.

This is also trivial at 115 in the Northman forge in Halas.
