Alternate Fish Scales Vendor

In the Trade Supplies section, it notes that there is only one vendor of fish scales, Selia Wetstone in Jagged Pine. I found that Pardor the Blessed in East Commonlands, -120, -780, who is in one of the two single hunts closest to the Freeport zone line, also sells fish scales, along with snake scales, hermite, jasper and peridots.

Since fish scales aren't currently used in any tradeskill combines, I'm going to let Krazick decide if we're tracking vendor information for them.

Well, since we already had one vendor listed... it is probably ok to list other vendors for it. Who knows... maybe it will be (or is) used in a recipe we haven't documented yet.
