Mob drop information: Karnor's Castle

Firstly, the trade supplies by zone page http://www.eqtraders.com/sources/sou...000000&sz=1065 lists Sarnaks here dropping Sarnak blood. I have never seen a mob with Sarnak in its name, nor does Illias Bestiary list any. There are some ghost types that could be Sarnak ghosts but it seems unlikely that a ghost would drop blood. Maybe the rest of the community would like to comment on this?

Anyway, new personally verified drops are:
drolvarg sentry drops a Fine Steel Long Sword

drolvarg bodyguard drops Plague Mites and a Fine Steel Dagger

decayed soldier drops Fine Steel Great Staff, Bone Chips and Dust of Decay

Would love some discussion on sarnak blood in this zone, it's been a while since I've been there personally. Is there perhaps somewhere in the basement or castle where there's a live sarnak model?
