Aid Grimel Recipes Verifications Needed

Since I am working on the Aid Grimel Quest Writeup, and the fact that some people have asked these questions. I would like to verify some things.

In Step 2 - Brewing, the Final Combine is to produce a
Portable Drink
Components: hardened leather signet, twice brewed constitutional(3)
In: portable drink barrel (Brewing Trivial unknown)
Yield: 1

Question 1: Is this a "NO FAIL" combine?
Question 2: If it can fail, is the Hardened Leather Signet returned on Failure? or do you have to repeat the Breastplate to get the Signet a second time?

In Step 3 - Jewelcraft, the Final Combine is to produce a
Velium Blue Diamond Ring
Components: clay signet, faceted blue diamond, pure enchanted velium bar
In: planar jeweller's kit, collapsible jeweler's kit (Jewelcraft Trivial >250)
Yield: 1

Question 1: Is this a "NO FAIL" Combine?
Question 2: If it can fail, is the Clay Signet returned on Failure? or do you have to repeat Steps 1 & 2 of the Quest to obtain a new one?

In Step 6 - Fletching, same sort of questions, with regards to the Signet Featherwood Bow.
Signet Featherwood Bow
Components: air arachnid silk string, featherwood bow staff, marked signet, planing tool, wind metal bow cam(2)
In: planar fletching kit
Also Returns: planing tool
On Failure Returns: planing tool (Fletching Trivial >250)
Yield: 1

Question 1: Is this a "NO FAIL" Combine?
Question 2: If it can fail, is the Marked Signet returned on Failure? or do you have to repeat Steps 1 - 6 of the Quest to obtain a new one?
