I'm currently going through cultural smithing (will be doing other areas as well just one at a time atm) and checking everything against Lucy to try to get updates that we missed. However, when I find something where we have more info then Lucy I don't want to "correct" it to outdated info. So will post both here and hopefully someone can find the item in game to check which is the more current information and let me know. Thanks so much for the help!

I think in this case I'm just going to go with logic and update according to Magelo. As Doremi said, its pretty obvious in this case. Plus, as I was going further I realized it is very easy to tell which is outdated even if it wasn't so obvious - if the magelo info has a LDoN slot then it is at least semi-current.
If a mod can move this to done please, that would be great.
