Many combines do not work ! Bug ?

I took today a day to clear up my bank and tried to do all the spells I could .
I was using the LoY book , Geerlok quill and have Research at 240 .

Too many combines didn't work .

- Necro : the already known Servant of Bones
- Druid : Girdle of Karana
- Cleric : worst case , Unspoken Word , Aegis , Enforced Reverence , Blessing of Aegolism (in several variants of page 26 combination) , Hammer of Souls .... actually all that I tried didn't work .

In every case I get the message : "You cannot combine these items in this container type !"

Anybody has the same experience ?
Is it a known bug or is half of the receipts wrong ?

My chanter just made BoA last night, so I know that one, at least, works. Did you make sure to use a quill and parchment?

For the recipes you are having a problem, can you please specify the Class of character, the Name of the Book (combining container), and Every Ingredient you are using.

We might have mistakes in our database, and the best way to verify this is to be specific about what you are trying to combine. And if they are indeed not working as we state, we can get the community to help see if they have found other combines.

Or at worst, to get accurate bug reports into Sony about it. And of course the best way to report bugs to Sony is via the /bug command in-game.

The Warlock's book of bindings
Quill , parchment , Words of Apparition , Tenancy , Revenant (combine for Servant of Bones) .
This one consistently doesn't work (for the others I mentioned , it was probably a strange glitch because I could combine them later after I logged off and in)

I also tried any possible combination of the above Words
with no success .

I signalled the bug to Sony too but don't hold my breath that they will do anything about it .
I would only like to know if somebody EVER succeeded to do this combine .

I have found other reports of the remaining spells (well, the cleric spells specifically named here) all working now.
