Hmmm... I saw this post yesterday, and at first thought it was odd... (not Tradeskill item, not produced by a recipe... and then saw "Poison +15%" and thought ok, it is to modify the Make Poison Tradeskill.

But now I look at it again, and see it is 'Apply Poison +15%' which is a Rogue only skill for doing Poison on the blade/weapon. Not about Making it.

This item, as far as I can tell doesn't affect tradeskills in any way.

Therefore, This will not be added to the site.
