SOE has made mistakes in the past that makes accepting statements like this unreliable.
We will not and can not update any information that does not specifically specify what items need to be updated. Giving us specific information also greatly decreases the chances for human error in data entry, as well as ensures that you double check each item to verify the in game information. Many items constantly surprise me with stats that do not fit into the "pattern" that I think that SoE is using for ther items, therefore, we must assume that there is no "pattern" and treat every item as an individual. Also, with blanket statements we are much more likely to forget to update one or more of the items you are talking about.

Giving specific information saves time!!! You save both yourself time and the database update staff time when you give us specific information. Giving us general statements wastes YOUR time by forcing us to have you review and repost your information. It saves US time by saving us from having to ask you to repost information, and lets us get information into the database much faster.

Please also be specific. Especially with trivials that aren't from the UI, and buy/sell prices. "I skilled up to 82 on this item and then it gave me the trivial message on my next combine." Is preferable to "Many combines later I found the trivial to be 82." Also "NPC will buy this item for xxx price" and "NPC sells this item for xxx price" is preferable to "sells for xxx price." In the later case, we are not sure if you mean you can sell it for that price (aka the price that an npc will pay for it) or that the npc sells it for that price.

Thank you very much. If you have any questions feel free to reply with them.
