In all my weeks of being in Kod'Taz I've only seen it drop once off an Ikaav Captor.

Haven't seen it in search database and only have seen it drop once (the mob was pulled from the farthest west temple, north of Qvic zone.) If anyone has any known use or knows what it's for, that would be nice. Who knows, maybe it's to make GoD chain/plate armor?
