This is a rather helter-skelter bunch of notes and corrections based on my research over the last couple of days.

It appears all the quest pages linked from here have odd (shortened) page titles. This is what appears in the <title> tag of the HTML, not the headline on the page. I'm not going to note the title errors on each page unless there's something else wrong with it.

The headline reads "Reinforced Jeweler\'s Kit". The backslash should be removed.
You are also missing the hail text for the quest. Taken from my logs:
Note the difference in capitalization from the text currently on the page.
The needed items are:
2 x Shimmering Steel Thread
1 x Turepta Shell
1 x Jeweler's Kit
You may wish to add a note on the Turepta Shell that it's used for this quest; right now, it would appear to have no known use.

There is a formatting error on the list in this page. Specifically, you have an extra <ul> tag at the start of the second list item ("Alchemy, sample of highland sludge"). This causes the list to appear as all sub-items of the first item. Simply removing the <ul> tag from the second line will fix this bug.
As each tradeskill has two items, you may wish to insert a blank line between each tradeskill pair to make for easier reading.
One list item needs a correction:
From Lucy, the exact name is Clump of Refined Ancient Taelosian Clay.

On the EQTC page, you repeat the "I will help" line and response; the repetition should be removed.
Also, the steps lack the formatting of the other quests; that makes the page harder to read.
