I have confirmed in the Surefall Fletching Kit :

Blessed Squall Compound Bow is trivial at 206 per the UI.
Blessed Hurricane Compound Bow is trivial at 228, which contradicts the current listing, but I did make it tonight, and is 228 per the new UI.
