ok I made this today buy accidently buying the wrong bar from a trader and then proceeding to make all the combines without looking at the bar ever again. I guess its called error carried forward. The final smithing combine is 232 smithing per tradeskill UI. the shimmering nihilite large head and the shimmering nihilite long haft are both trivial at 142 jewelcrafting. So yeah me!

Updated the final combine... I presume you mean the shimmering nihilite large head kit, and the shimmering nihilite long haft kit recipes being trivial at 142.
