Fungoid sap is only dropped off An Ancient Shrieker, which resides in the Deep. There are a couple of camps of them on the far side of the invisible bridge. They are not KoS and do not assist each other. Drop rate is said to be uncommon-rare.

The shriekers are now and have been for some time KoS and assist each other.
