    various Cestus corrections

    1. Pale Gemmed Cestus has a recommended level of 30.


    2. Aligned Cestus has changed. The new stats are as follows:

    Magic Item
    Slot: Primary Secondary
    Skill 1H Slashing Atk Delay: 32
    DMG: 6
    Str 2 Wis 2 Int 2 Agi 2
    Recommended Level of 20.
    Wt: 2.0 Size: Medium
    Class: Mnk Bst
    Race: All
    Slot 1: Type 4
    Slot 2: Type 7
    Tags: None

    Changed all but the skill on the Aligned Cestus..

    Are you sure it is 1H Slashing? Monks & Beastlords don't have that skill.
