According to the smithing Trade Supplies page Dalin sells smithing supplies.

However, upon trying to find something in his area, I noticed his current wares do not equate. Following is a log from him:

Could I get an independent confirmation of this... seems a rather drastic change.

I can confirm that at least as of April 6, 2004 ~8pm EST (EDT?) on Tunare, Dalin Greskar is labelled a "Pottery Merchant" under his name, and his inventory is that described above.
