"Increases in power the closer it is to midnight," the above reflects stats at 6... At midnight it hits 33AC 148/148 16 to all stats/saves and at noon it drops to 16AC 71/71 7 to all stats/saves.

It's only nominally a tradeskill combine as it is no-fail and the clay is a raid drop, but I figured people here would want to know since it's a pottery combine.

What do the stats do on Luclin (where you cannot tell the time)?

Time still passes on Luclin, you just can't tell exactly what time it is. Take for example the spawning of Gor Taku/Shak Dratha depending on what time they pop.

Yes, I can tell time in Luclin with it, it's kind of like having a wrist watch.

It also works in the Plane of Time.

According to this post on the Safehouse, the Block of Jade-flecked Clay drops from Taskmistress Krisz

So, in summary, she drops 4 "quest" items which are really just loot with the added burden that you must be able to get to Yxxta to turn them into the end product thus keeping you from awarding them to anyone not flagged. The other parts of the quests are all pretty trivial to get.
