Chanes to Cultural with 3/10 patch

Just speaking for Dwarven Cultural it seems that the high end Dwarven cultural (chain and plate) has had Endurance added to each piece, equal to the HPs on each item. I'll post what pieces I have seen first hand.

They still did not change Underfoot Chain to Berserker usable
