Got the Schematics from the NPC named Cristov in the Absymal Sea.
Combine in a Forge the following:
Container Base Mold
Container Lid Mold
Hinge Mold
Large Brick of Enchanted Ore
Water Flask
Cam Parts Mold
Innovative Clockwork Gears
Stripped-Out Gear Assembly
*Note: This was not Trivial to me at 188 skill.
Once the items are combined in a Forge you get the Grape Crushing Device. Turn the Device into Cristov and he will hand it back and give you his new wine recipe.
Combine in the Grape Crushing Device the following:
Two Talombi Berries
Two Grapes
Then Combine in a Brew Barrel the following:
Exquisite Berry Base
Wine Yeast
Bottle
*Note: I believe the berries are No Drop and Foraged.
Combine in a Forge the following:
