Noticed there was a notation that said "looking for confirmation of no required skill.." Well, I was able to successfully combine a VRoG with skill of 200 + Geerlok a few weeks back. Got lucky I'm sure, but it *is* possible.
250 skill now though, grats to me on the Eyeglass =)
