Ashweed drops from Goblin Warrior, Goblin Scout (not to be confused with the fairly common a fire goblin scout), and a fire imp, all to be found in Lavastorm Mountains. Much random slaughter yielded no ashweed from any other of the inhabitants.
Maneater bud can also be found on the various Man Eating (plant-type) mobs in Swamp of No Hope.
Please note in both cases, they were rare drops (foraging yielded better results than hunting).
