Please note, I have no freakin' clue what this is for. I don't see it in any NPC text relating to it, nor does the vendor who sells the ingredients mention anything of it. I merely made it because the vendor sold all items at 2.3k total price, and they all seemed to look like they were combinable so I bought and hit combine in a forge.
