Enchanted Dwarven Plate Boots Stats

Hi, I'm hoping I'm posting this in the correct area. I just smithed my first Dwarven Plate tonight. I did this recipe:

I followed the recipe and succeeded on all 4 tries. However, when I looked closely, I noticed there was no +4wis, actually, no +wis at all on them. Also mine says these are Frog wearable as well.

I checked on Lucy, and this is what they have, which corroborates with what I made:

I did a search on the message board for this issue, but didn't find anything. No one in the eqtraders serverwide channel knew what to make of it either. I'm 170+ in all skills and have never seen wrong stats on a recipe before, so I post here in hopes of figuring it out.

The enchanted plate isn't 'supposed' to have wis (only the imbued versions "should"), and the data was accurate on the old site (ie no +wis). A simple data entry error (rather than an ingame change), although an unfortunate one for you.
