New Jewelcraft receipe

Was looking at the receipes displayed in the new jewelcraft interface and noticed the following:

"Silvered Fire Emerald Ring (Special Fire Emerald)"
Trivial 58
Uses "A special Fire Emerald" and a silver bar

Magelo has a Special Fire Emerald listed as
WT: 0.1 Size: TINY
Class: ALL
Race: ALL

No idea where the Special Fire Emerald comes from so have not been able to attempt the receipe.

Done some more research. You can get a special Fire Emerald by giving Drake Mountainstorm in Firiona Vie a Fire Emerald. He hands you back a Special Fire Emerald. I then went ahead and did the combine (in a Planar Jewelers kit) and made a Silvered Fire Emerald Ring. As far as I can tell, this ring is exactly the same as the Silvered Fire Emerald Ring that I would have made if I had used a Fire Emerald.

Vendors would have bought the Special Fire Emerald for 80.952PP and the resulting Silvered Fire Emerald Ring for 81.429PP (with 255 Cha).
