I did not see any sources when I check for that Taelosian White Tea so here is at least one:

Taelosian Tea Leaves can be found in GoD tier 2 mostly in Sewers where the entrance is from Barindu (trial area). The leaves are not dropping alot but it is the only place where I found them.

Today I went to make some more Taelsoian White Tea and to my surprise, my tradeskill window popped and showed that it was trivial at 132 and not 225 like mentioned on the site.

So another update about this receipe

I've seen the tea leaves drop off turpetas, hynids and stonemites in Natimbi. Got one off a Ra'tuk Screambringer in Barindu (which I thought was a little odd, hehe), and gotten a few off various mobs in sewer events. I have to wonder if maybe the drop tables havent been completley sorted out yet.
