And am I reading that correctly? 5/11 hand to hand?

Did they not remove the 3/10 Mosscovered Twig from Everquest because it was determined to be the ultimate weapon??

I anticipate two things here. This will be quickly nerfed, or Blacksmiths will be richer then Donald Trump selling these weapons. We wont even talk about the fact this item has TWO aug slots.

I used Aligned Steel, they are cestuses not claws. Claws use shimmering steel, cestuses use aligned steel.

I'm betting Shimmering Nihilites and steel drop in the higher tier zones.

The 5/11 is currently on my monk. I love it

You do realize the good stat items ( using shimmering steel, velium and shimmering nihilite arent out yet right? )

Would except Shimmering Velium Inlaid Claws to be like

7/11 or better ratio with stats. Until nerf of course

It does work, but there are 2 "Cestus Mold" that esunta sells in Abysmal, but the one closest to the top of the list. just made 5

Could you post the trivials for the sub combines of the kits as well? I would like to try and make these but am not sure if I can make the kits or not.

Recipe for pale velium inlaid cestus works fine. Gotta do kit subcombines first in reinforced JC kit.

Pale nihilite cestus kit and velium cestus kit both return crucible on combine.
Assuming it was expendible i bought several.

Made a couple of these today to play with and recipe worked fine. Graphic (at least on an iksar) looked like claws except they were angled the wrong way out from hand. Wonder if they will add a proper graphic when they hit this thing with the nerfbat, hehe
