I can confirm skill 199 isnt enough ("while you have mastered smithing and brewing, you are not yet skilled enough in jewelcraft")

hehe didnt know this wasn't common knowledge. Im just finishing up AG, he won't talk to you until you hit 220 in any given skill on each step.
