New GoD Baking Recipies?

In my new tradeskill UI i have found these recipies, but have yet to make them.

If anyone has any information on large stewing pots (other than vah shire rogue quest) or spotted mushrooms, it would be great.

Pan-Seared Orange Tuna (triv.215)

In Oven = Large stewing pot, loaf of bread, spices, cup of sugar, seaweed vinegar, flask of orange juice, 2 lb saltwater tuna.

Taelosian Tuna Kabobs (triv.228)

In Oven = Skewers, ground garlic, habanero pepper, a spotted mushroom, 3 lb saltwater tuna.

The recipe we currently have for the pan-seared orange tuna is for a 12 lb. saltwater tuna. Could someone confirm whether this is 2 lb. or 12 lb.?
