I am 189 fletching with my Karana Druid, and I successfully made Steel Hunter Arrows and received the trivial message (currently upper level listed at 202)
I also successfully made Steel Phalanx Arrows at my 189 skill and did not receive the trivial message, (no lower level listed, therefore TRIV>189, and Triv <=202 as listed).
Also, <bad emote wanted to import>, buy back prices from the surefall vendors really suxxor... for both types I made:
Steel Hunter Arrows
Steel Phalanx Arrows
The vendors would only give me 9 copper with 50 CHA and 11 copper with 100 CHA. This is from vendors with indiff and amiable faction to my karana druid. Not a fair price considering that by doing the math, each arrow costs about 5 pp to make.
