This quest is not yet solved, since Jhaya Wyndrunner's recipe for the Black Rawhide Tunic is bugged and won't combine. More information about the Tunic quest is available at http://mboards.eqtraders.com/upload/...threadid=9264.
To keep the database updated, I'll post the quest anyway.
Give one Dew of the Hatchling (foraged in Jaggedpine), one Jaggedpine Sap (foraged in Jaggedpine and Nedaria's Landing), and a Flawless Panther Hide (dropped by Elishia Blackguard at the poacher camp in Jaggedpine) to Lerian Wyndrunner in Surefall Glade. He will give you back a Cured Panther Hide. (The quest text incorrectly mentions the boots, but he returns the correct item.)
Items to add to the database:
(Dew of the Hatchling is actually in the database twice right now, once with unknown stats and once with the correct ones.)

Now you are supposed to be able to use the the Cured Panther Hide and "Whisps of Potameid Hair" to tailor a Black Rawhide Tunic. Potameid Hair drops from Potameid Wildlings and Potameid Maidens, but it isn't listed as combinable right now, so it won't work.
Recipes to add to the database:
Black Rawhide Tunic = Cured Panther Hide + Potameid Hair* in a sewing kit.
*Not currently listed as combinable and therefore the recipe is bugged.
If you could tailor the Black Rawhide Tunic, you would hand it and a Pouch of Polished Jade Stones (dropped by Greshvoule in Permafrost) to Jhaya Wyndrunner in Surefall Glade to receive a Jade Studded Rawhide Tunic.
