I have been looking for the ground spawn locations for Sonic Wolf Weapon Quest for quite some time now and thought I would pass on what I have found:
Crystalized Yagi Root (Shaman): ground spawn at 822, -2661 near the base of a tree and close to the eastern cave entrance (Sonic Wolf home cave)
Black Silt Clay (Bard): neither of the two spawns I found are underwater but both are on islands in the lake in the southern region of the zone. One spawn is at -1542, 1658 and the other is at -1411, 1942. There are a number of other ground spawns in that same area (generally at the base of palm trees) but all seem to be Hollow Palm Root (for the Progressive Brewing quest).
Chunk of Porous Ore (Warrior): ground spawn at -363, -289. This location is to the left of road leading from Shar Vahl to the first bridge - it is in fact just before where the road splits with one branch leading the the caves in the North (the Owlbear home caves) and the other leading to the bridge. The spawn is just over the hill to the north-west of the road junction.
Grimroot - ground spawn on the floor of a hut at -1949, -1045. This is also used in the Progressive Brewing Quest.
All these drops seem to have a spawn cycle of about 5 minutes and all are No Drop.
