Spell Research Trivials (resubmitted)

Resubmitting a few trivials that were lost:

Enchanter Spells:
Strip Enchantment and Tepid Deeds were not trivial at 45.

Wizard Spells:
Evacuate is not trivial at 185.

The Enchanter spell Endure Magic has a trivial listed at 45<x<=54, but also has a note saying reported trivial at 43.

I tried this recipe with my enchanter, with a skill of 43, and confirmed that it is trivial at 43. It probably trivials at 41, the same as Berserker Strength, but no way for me to test that.

The recipe for Tishan's Discord needs to be changed to the following:
Quill + Parchment + Rune of Alternation + Rune of Vortex

Tishan's Discord was trivial at 185.
