Went to Ocean of Tears today and killed the Allizewsaur twice. Each time he dropped Snake Scales, Lizard Meat and Precious Garnet.

Precious Garnet is one of the components used in the "Phylactery Will Get You Nowhere" quest in North Freeport (read up on this on Allakhazam at http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/q...tml?quest=2652). I've not taken this further (and don't intend to) but the Precious Garnet is used in a jewelcraft combine to make a Blood-Lacquered Precious Garnet. So, I think that the Precious Garnet should be entered in the item database.
While you are about it, the Allizewsaur can also be listed as a drop location for the snake scales and lizard meat. I also have pricing updates on the scales and meat (done with 255 CHA):
Snake Scales: Vendor buys and sells for 1SP (exactly)
Lizard Meat: Vendor buys at 1SP, sells for 8SP 3CP.
