Attempted combine at smithing skill of 188 and the attempt was trivial to me. With 255 CHA, the NPC vendor purchased the Harpoon from me for 36.19PP.
I noted the prices that I paid for the components used in the combine and can report the following:
Enchanted Sheet of Metal: Made this myself, but Vendors offered me 6.952PP for it
Flawless Aquamarine: Paid 12.599PP, Vendor offered to buy it back for 11.429PP
Oak Shaft: Paid 1.049PP, Vendor offered to buy back for 0.952PP
Sea Temper: Made this myself but the vendor offered to buy it from me for 4.762PP (fat chance!)
Spear Head Mold: Paid 9.449PP, Vendor offered to buy back for 8.571PP
Enchanter Seafarers Cutlass
Attempted combine at smithing skill of 188 and the attempt was trivial to me. Vendor bought the Cutlass for 48.381PP.
