I've just perused the Koada'dal smithing section, and I've found three minor errors.
Woodlander's Shield
This was a confusing one from the start. Originally there were two recipes, both called "Woodlander's Shield." One is imbued, one is not. I gave information regarding the non-imbued version of the shield, unfortunately I wasn't clear in specifying, and it got applied to the imbued version. Now trivial has been moved back to the appropriate recipe, BUT the item information AND the item name have not.
The item currently labelled as "Woodlander's Shield" should be called "Koada'Dal Woodlander's Shield," should have only +2 stamina instead of +3, should have FRG added to the races, and should have a type 7 aug slot.
The item currently labelled as "Koada'dal Woodlander's Shield" has had the aug slot and FRG added, as well as the original item name change to include "Koada'dal." To the best of my knowledge, these changes were made on the grounds of the above update. I cannot verify any such information for the IMBUED shield, as I haven't made one (and I've been watching updates, as well, I don't think anyone else has updated this item).
Sheet of Mithril
The recipe has been applied correctly, except two things. First, Class and Race both read NONE. On the actual right-click info (like most other tradeskill supplies) no race or class listings are given at all. On other similar items, you have set them as All/All...except the infused items.... Very minor point, but nonetheless.
You've also left out the trivial, which is 37.
Large Brick of Mithril
Same as the Sheet, this is listed as NONE/NONE.
Also, the trivial here is 28< x <=30
