Acrylia Rings: Trivial = 53
Folded Sheet Metal: Trivial = 33
Small Brick of Enchanted Ore (3, from lg. brick): Trivial = 21

Other Issues
These are things I noticed while double-checking to avoid double-posting information, and to avoid re-posting what others might have discovered since I made my list of undiscovered trivials. I've come up with a slightly better way to keep up with what I've posted and what I haven't, too ;p

Velium Bits are listed as 20< x <21, which translates as 21. They were just listed as 21 before the database crash.

Block of High Quality Ore and Block of Medium Quality Ore are both listed as <=27. They were listed as 27 excactly before the database crash.

Block of Enchanted Ore: Trivial = 27 I attempted this today at a skill of 26, and it was not trivial. Before the database crash, it was listed as <=27. I did not attempt it at 27 personally, though, since I didn't (at the time) think I needed to.

While a search is not turning up this thread for me, I do believe that plain Velium Bits were posted to definately be 21 before the data loss.

and no, i don't feel like typing out my missive on 20<x<21 again ^_^.
