I noticed for the Delusional Swiftness Poison recipe that you had no indication where it can be found. Vampire Bat Saliva drops off of Vampire Bats in Erud's Crossing. It may also drop off of the vampire bats in Lower Guk but I can not as yet confirm this.
The nice thing about farming bat spit in Erud's Crossing is that you can also farm zombie skins for making the poison vials.
