Hanamaf Darkfoam has had his inventory completely changed, I don't know as of when. His inventory now matchs the other "brewing powder" merchants:

Pretty confident those are all standard inventory now, since hte last two items are both no drop, and it matchs a standard merchant template.
Also, Dura Darkfoam does NOT sell "packet of kiola sap". She frequently has some sold back to her by players, but it is not part of her standard inventory.
