Sorry I always get confused with trivs, I became 250 Jeweler yesterday (199- 250 in an evening hehe) and I noticed there was no defined trivial for the Gold stuff.
So at every point I got I also made combines with Geode/Amethyst and Polished Quartz to narrow the trivs down.
At 210 they were all 3 NOT trivial, at 211 they were all 3 trivial.
So I would say 210 is indeed the trivial for these combines yes?
Oh and all combines I made with Enchanted Gold bars.

ITEM X is Trivial < ####
ITEM Y is Trivial <= ####
ITEM Z is NOT Trivial at ### (ie ### < x)

Trying to decipher what you have written into the paragraph is prone to much interpretation, and I really don't have the time or the patience for it.
