I hope this was not part of what was lost in the database meltdown, if so, please forgive me.
With a skill of 164 I was sucessfully able to make a faceted emerald (unrefined emerald plus etching tools ... part of the 8th Coldain Prayer Shawl quest or making Imbued Royal Velium stuff) but is was NOT yet trivial. It is currently listed as less than or equal to 171, so now it should be:
164<x<=171
I will be continuing to hunt for more, so I may have more updates later.
